If nothing in the troubleshooting guide has worked for you, here are a couple of other things you can try:
Uninstall and Reinstall the game(s)
- It would be better to install via Origin if you can (you can register your game through Origin if needed if you have the CD Key). This way it's a clean install and all updates are applied.
- Make sure to copy your save files out of their directory before uninstalling (these are usually in My Documents\Bioware) - make sure you save these first. Once finished reinstalling, copy the saves back into the new install. If you get a message about mods when trying to load a save, tell it to do a "force load" and try to re-sync from there.
Try the character creator for Origins-
You can create your custom Warden then upload it directly without having to use the game. See more information here. File Planet is being archived, so if the link to it on that page no longer works, you can get it from the BSN here (where you can also get it in other languages - French, German, Polish, Russian and one for Spanish, Italian, Czech and Hungarian).
