"Varric's Tale Begins..." Chapter One, Humble Beginnings
Chapter One: Humble Beginnings (July 17 – 20)
By Varric Tethras
Knight-Captain Rylen viewed the new recruits standing before him with the sort of profound skepticism only a Starkhavener can muster. They were all green — so green, in fact, that they were attracting hungry druffalo from several miles out. The archer looked like he'd never been in a crowd before, one dwarf from the Legion of the Dead appeared to be daydreaming about the Deep Roads, and the Rivaini duelist seemed more interested in picking the pockets of her fellow recruits than anything else. Looking them over, Rylen worried he was about to send them to their deaths.
Agent Completion: Agent awarded a Commendation Chest.
Inquisition Completion: All agents awarded a Victory Chest.
This weekend’s event begins at 10 am PST Friday, July 17, and ends at 5 am Monday, July 20.
Dragon Age Props Set
Play multiplayer, kill a dragon, get this Skyhold decoration set for single player.
The Dragon Props set includes dragon eggs, dragon skulls, a wyvern statue, and more to make Skyhold a little more impressive to your allies and intimidating to your enemies. To use these items, simply select them from the Skyhold customization menu after they're unlocked. Remember, you must first slay a dragon in multiplayer mode to unlock the set. Then close the game, and the next time you connect to the Dragon Age servers, the props will be available!
So.. those players who don't, or can't, play multiplayer for whatever reason (reasons ranging from simply not liking playing with other people to having a metered bandwidth connection) are left out of this one.. for now. Mark Darrah said they are looking into options on how players can get the props set other ways.
