There is apparently an issue where the Collector's (Inquisitor's) Edition only has the standard edition as opposed to the deluxe edition like it was supposed to have in some editions in other countries - in addition to it not being available at many GameStops in the UK, Germany, Italy, others. The standard edition CE's are a bit less expensive and will have the ability to upgrade to the deluxe at a later time, but our friends overseas can't even order at many places to begin with. I hope EA sorts the distribution channel issues out soon so that they can get some CE's over there.
