Dualshockers is the only place I've been able to find any mention of an EA Press Conference at Gamescom - EA themselves aren't saying anything.

Electronic Arts will have its own press conference this year at Gamescom, and it’ll happen directly at the publisher’s booth on Wednesday, August 13th from 10 AM to Noon local time (4 AM to 6 AM EDT) according to the invitation sent to the press. The conference promises the latest updates and trailers from upcoming games and will also be livestreamed.
