I've overhauled the Dragon Age Keep Sync Troubleshooting Guide. It was becoming unwieldy and possibly confusing with all of the information on one page, so it's been broken out into steps. We also have a Known Issues page with some work arounds, instructions on how to register your game from a Steam Account and a How-To on linking your console account to Origin.
