Source How to access the DLC content There will be a new quest in your journal. Head to the war table, go to Ferelden, and look for a new marker in the Frostback Basin area. Complete that mission (it takes 8 power and completes immediately), and you will be taken to the new area where you will receive details about your mission. Good luck, and have fun!
